About the project

Equity Bank's Biller management faces manual onboarding and information requests, which lead to delays and a subpar customer experience. The Biller Manager solution aims to empower Equity pay bill holders to manage customers and payments efficiently.

My role

Teaming up with 3 fellow designers, my role encompassed reviewing specification requirements, process flows, and crafting UI/UX designs. I also handled wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and stakeholder management.

Outcomes

More efficient biller management processes.
The customer retention rate increased significantly.
Increased deposits and revenue for the bank.
